With a career dedicated to social upliftment and transformation, Romay Harding has spent much of her professional life in Africa, working closely with local communities to address essential needs and inspire lasting change. As the Secretary-General of the Circle of Global Businesswomen and Project Manager for Women of Rumble Africa, Romay is committed to empowering women and marginalized groups across the continent. Her work spans a variety of community-focused initiatives, including youth programs, elderly support, and early childhood development centers in Johannesburg's Alexandra informal settlement, an effort that recently earned her an achievement award from the Mayor of Johannesburg.
She is the producer of the GOGOS Go to WOR campaign which is one of Women of Rumble’s social impact programs that address gender-based violence, period poverty and climate change.
Romay’s dedication to community health and wellness is demonstrated through her management of health outreach programs such as Diabetes Day at the East Bank Clinic in Alexandra, her organization of mental wellness workshops for the Alexandra Elderly Forum, and her work in distributing food parcels in partnership with Rotary Sandton Central. She has also led awareness and training programs on healthy living for the Elderly Forum Centre in collaboration with the City of Johannesburg’s Department of Social Development and served as a motivational speaker at events. Romay is passionate about social and economic impact and has committed her life to making a difference in Africa and abroad.

Dr. Tessa Waldhart is a dentist specializing in geriatric dentistry and dentistry for people with disabilities. She has over five years of experience as Creative and Communications Officer for the Humble Smile Foundation and serves as a committee member for the Alliance for Oral Health Across Borders at the Student Leadership in Global Oral Health initiative. She co-manages her family dental clinic in Italy while dividing her time between Spain and Italy, combining clinical expertise with innovative leadership and community impact.

Sandra Nyarenda is a General Management Practitioner with experience in several industries including Furniture Manufacturing and Retail, IT, Beverages Manufacturing Transport and Logistics. A seasoned entrepreneur at heart and passionate and well versed in starting up businesses and making them sustainable, particularly on the African continent. In 2015 she was featured in Destiny Magazines 2016 Power of 40 in South Africa
Her passion lies in capacity building, training, and uplifting communities and seeing new ideas grow for the betterment of the people at large. Her experience in startup businesses puts her in a great position to see the bigger picture and therefore encourage and train women to make their dreams come true and make a positive impact in the lives of many. Sandra is enthusiastic and would love to share her passion for healthy living.

Khanyiswa Masangwana is a social entrepreneur, strategist, and advocate for economic empowerment, particularly in underprivileged and marginalized communities. With an extensive background in financial literacy, entrepreneurship, and SMME development, Khanyiswa has dedicated her career to fostering inclusive economic participation through innovative solutions and transformative initiatives. She is a skilled professional specializing in business support, project management, and digital marketing. With a wealth of experience managing portfolios for various companies, Khanyiswa has excelled in providing solutions to support business growth and development. Her expertise spans multiple disciplines, including monitoring and evaluation, research and training, client liaison, and administrative support.

As the President of BACKSACK International LLC’s Prosper Africa's Youth (P.A.Y.) program, Corea leads initiatives that shape the next generation of industry leaders for global change. Through hands-on training, mentorship, and sustainable trade practices, she collaborates with CSR-driven companies to tackle pressing social and economic challenges. Her efforts aim to strengthen Africa’s middle class by driving employment opportunities and inspiring entrepreneurial innovation.
A graduate of Full Sail University in communications and media, Corea applies her expertise across a wide range of social impact projects. Her work as a Social Science Investigator underscores her passion for creating meaningful change. Above all, Corea is a servant leader deeply committed to advancing humanity.

Najma Khan, a Somatology graduate from the University Of Johanesburg and a partner at DMK South Africa—a paramedical skin revision brand championing education across Africa—is renowned for her ground-breaking work in addressing the effects of skin bleaching and empowering individuals with richly pigmented skin. Her standout contribution is the globally recognized DMK protocol guide, a resource specifically designed for treating deeper skin tones, showcasing her commitment to inclusive skincare through research and education.
As the visionary behind the #dontmesswithmyskin (#dmwms) campaign, Najma has reached thousands via schools, communities, and media, promoting healthy skin practices and self-acceptance. Through her Train the Trainer program, she equips her team, who further equips skin care experts to provide exceptional care for all skin types using DMK techniques.
Najma’s work has earned international acclaim, including the Woman of Wonder Award, SAAHSP Woman of Honour (2024), and recognition as one of the WOW Top 50 Inspiring Icons Globally
By blending science, education, and advocacy, Najma continues to inspire change, empowering communities to celebrate natural skin and rebuild confidence.

Marjé Etheridge is a visionary social entrepreneur, social scientist, and social impact producer specializing in events and films. She is the founder of multiple companies across various sectors, including sports and entertainment, wellness and beauty, education, and program development. Driven by her passion for social and economic change, Marjé established Rumble Worldwide, a U.S.-based social enterprise aimed at supporting youth entrepreneurship in Africa and North America. Inspired by the historic 1974 "Rumble in the Jungle" boxing match between Muhammad Ali and George Foreman in Zaire (now the Democratic Republic of Congo), she seeks to leverage its global influence to drive her mission of transformation.
Marjé is also the founder of the Southern African American Golf Association (SAAGA), with bases in Botswana and the USA, dedicated to bridging cultural divides and cultivating lasting connections through a shared passion for golf.
She produces the WHEY Forward Conference, an innovative event designed to promote social impact through education, sports, music, comedy, technology, and dialogue. The conference focuses on addressing critical issues related to Women, Human Reconciliation, Environment, and Youth (WHEY), creating a progressive W.H.E.Y. forward.
Additionally, Marjé founded BACKSACK International, a social enterprise committed to inspiring youth to dream big and providing them with the tools to achieve those dreams. BACKSACK's ventures in media and social initiatives aim to create thought-provoking content, transformative social campaigns, and entrepreneurial projects that redefine corporate responsibility.
Marjé  received a B.A. from St. Louis University with a concentration in psychology and mathematical computer science and a Ph.D. in Philosophy from Harvest Christian University.  She is the recipient of the 2023 President Joe Biden Lifetime Achievement Award.  Marjé is dedicated to using her global influence, creativity, and innovation to make the world a better place for all.

Currently a member of Rotary Club of Sandton Central and the Ambassador at Gogos Give Smiles and Continental Expert for the Friendship Exchange district 9400. 
Susanne (Shiv) focus over the last 12 years continues to inspire and lead community projects especially in and around the Alexandra Sandton communities.
Dedicated in making a positive impact. Reflecting on her own upbring being raised in a small town, has driver her with deep sense of empathy and compassion from her earliest memories, fueling her dreams and improving lives of those in need. Volunteering for various community projects that help communities become sustainable, improve gender and racial equalities, reduce poverty, and protect public health and human rights, especially for the Gogo’s, women, and children.
